Exchanging fiat currencies to Bitcoin can be problematic in certain countries. Cash Withdrawal

Similar to the cash deposit, CEX.IO offers 3 options for cash withdrawals. Excluding CryptoCapital option from this review, VISA/MasterCard has a fixed commission fee at $3.80 for each withdrawal. Whereas, wire transfer charges a fixed commission fee at $50.00 for each withdrawal. Honestly speaking, I'll rather choose to withdraw it to my VISA/MasterCard instead.

Bitcoin Transfer

If you are required to transfer Bitcoin to other platforms, you can do it with the withdrawal function as by the default option is USD, you can change it to BTC shown below. The transaction fee is fixed at 0.001BTC (P/S, by far the lowest transaction fee I've encountered). Besides transferring Bitcoins, there are other options available which are Ethereum, Litecoin, Namecoin and Dogecoin. I believe Litecoin, Namecoin and Dogecoin wallet will be added in CEX.IO in the future as I don't see that they are currently available in the deposit section.

Once you have loaded your CEX.IO account with cash deposit, you are able to exchange your cash to Bitcoin with just a click! There are 4 pre-loaded Bitcoin exchange options with just a click. For the other amount of exchange value you can  customize the amount of Bitcoins that you want to exchange. Vice versa, you can also exchange Bitcoin for cash and withdraw it to your  bank account through Wire Transfer or VISA/MasterCard.
